  1. Several players used this plastic with plank bats for five years (1984 – 1989)C:\Users\user\Desktop\999.jpg
  1. The real ABULA BAT designed by Mallam Elias Yusuf came to be successfully used on 10-10-1989 at Ajumoni Secondary School, Iyana-Isolo, Mushin, Lagos State, Nigeria where Mallam Yusuf was the Ag. Vice Principal of the school then.

This abula bat looks very simple, yet it is very sophisticated and excellently suitable for playing the Abula Game. It is beautiful and very unique. It is very safe in playing the game. It has moved the game forward and across boarders.

  1. As a result of this standard Abula bat the height of the net for both Primary and Junior Secondary has to be raised from 2.20m to 2.24m because of the longer reach of the (new) standard Abula bat.
